Turn around is 10-15 business days.

Full payment is required before production will begin.

I do not accept returns/refunds on Custom items unless it arrives damaged and notice must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item with pictures of packaging and the damaged item.

To receive a refund or replacement I will request the original item be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
